Fake Mother of Pearl
is crafted in porcelain, painfully thin and winding, thickly glazed with crystal glaze for a fragile mother-of-pearl effect. With sharp little jagged edges for careful handling.

The DINNER is an interactive work of art through cooperation which curiously are playing with the several layers of a meal to be enjoyed. 
Where one can contribute by both supplying the company and receiving the full experience. 
It started 2023 at a curating craft talk with Bettina Køppe (Køppe contemporary) who spoke on how she created dinners with her buyers in order to get the full attention to properly emphasise the process of the pieces she represented.

This inspired Ellinor Augustini and I to and plan the execution of our version of the Dinner, with the company of designer My Falck as well as the creative chef and restaurant owner for restaurant Vrå, Sofia B Olsson.
